Connecting Street CRM to LeadPro

Connecting Street CRM to LeadPro

Overview

This integration lets LeadPro send every new lead straight into Street CRM as an enquiry record, matched to the right branch, without any manual exporting or re-typing. Once it's set up, the flow is fully automatic: a lead created in LeadPro appears in Street within a few minutes, with the contact details, message, and the relevant request (viewing or valuation) already filled in.

The LeadPro side of this setup — connecting the integration and mapping your offices to your Street branches — needs LeadPro administration access, which sits with your Nurtur account team rather than with individual users on your account. So we've split the steps below into two short parts: what we need from you first, and what we then do on our side. You don't need any LeadPro admin access to get this set up.

What we need from you

Step 1: Generate an API key in Street   [YOU]

The connection is authorised using an access key generated from within your own Street account, not a username and password, so this step has to come from your side.

–      Log in to your http://Street.co.uk account.

–      Go to Settings → Account Administration → Applications.

–      Create a new API key/token for the LeadPro integration.

–      Copy the key — you'll send it to us in the next step.

Note: Only an account administrator in Street can generate this key. If you can't see Applications under Account Administration, ask whoever manages your Street account to create it.

Step 2: Send us the key and confirm your branch names   [YOU]

–      Share the API key with us through your support ticket or another secure channel your Nurtur contact confirms — please don't send it by email in plain text.

–      Send us a list of your Street branch names alongside the matching LeadPro office names, e.g. "Lancaster office → Lancaster Branch", so we map them correctly on the first pass.

That's everything on your side for now — the remaining steps are ours to complete.

What we'll do next

Step 3: Connect Street to your LeadPro account   [NURTUR]

–      Open your account in the LeadPro admin tools.

–      Add Street as a connected integration using the API key you provided.

–      Confirm the connection is authenticated successfully.

Step 4: Map your LeadPro offices to your Street branches   [NURTUR]

This step is required — LeadPro cannot create an enquiry in Street for an office that hasn't been mapped to a branch.

–      Match each LeadPro office to its corresponding Street branch, using the list you sent us in Step 2.

–      Repeat until every office you want to sync has a branch assigned.

Step 5: Test the connection   [NURTUR]

–      Create a test lead against one of the newly mapped offices.

–      Check the corresponding branch in Street to confirm the enquiry has come through, with the right contact details and branch.

–      If anything doesn't come through as expected, we'll double-check the mapping and the API key before going further.

Step 6: Confirm and go live   [NURTUR]

Once the test lead has come through correctly, we'll let you know it's live. From that point on, every new lead created in LeadPro against a mapped office is sent to Street automatically as an enquiry — there's no manual sync button for anyone to remember to click. LeadPro sets the enquiry type automatically based on the lead: sale and let leads are sent through as viewing requests, and vendor and landlord leads are sent through as valuation requests.

Good to know

  • The sync runs one way: LeadPro → Street. Updates made directly in Street don't flow back into LeadPro.

  • Any office left unmapped simply won't send leads to Street until it's mapped — it won't cause errors elsewhere on the account.

  • If your Street branches are renamed, added, or removed later, just let us know and we'll update the mapping — you won't need to do anything on the LeadPro side yourself.

Getting help

If a Street API key is ever revoked or regenerated, please send us the new one the same way as Step 2 so we can update the connection — otherwise the sync will stop silently. For anything else, raise a ticket with Nurtur Support and we'll take it from there.
