Your Nurtur account is being upgraded to our centralised platform, Nurtur Ecosystem. This gives you a single login across all Nurtur applications.
What this means for you
We’re bringing all Nurtur applications under a single, centralised login. Instead of managing separate credentials for different systems, you’ll have one account that works everywhere.

If your username was your email address
Your account has been migrated automatically. Log in with your email address and your existing password. The next time you log in, you'll be redirected to the new Nurtur login page — enter your details as before.
If you can't log in, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email titled "Reset Your Nurtur Password" with a link to set a new password.
If your username was not your email address
Your account has been migrated, but you'll need to link an email address on your first login.
When you log in for the first time, you'll be prompted to provide an email address.
Once submitted, you'll receive an email titled "Confirm Change of Email for your Nurtur Account".
Click the "Confirm Email" button to complete your account setup. Invitations expire after a limited time, so please accept promptly.
If you are a new user
Your administrator will send you an invitation. You'll receive an email titled "You Have Been Invited to [Application Name]". Click the "Click Here To Join" button to set up your account.

Why does the login page look different?
Your account has moved to Nurtur Ecosystem. The new login page handles all Nurtur applications in one place.
My old username wasn't an email — what do I use now?
On your first login you'll be prompted to provide an email address. After that, your email becomes your login.
I'm getting "invalid password" errors.
Use the Forgot Password link to set a new password. If that doesn't work, contact support.
Can I still access all my previous applications?
Yes. Your access and permissions have not changed.
