LeadPro Filters

LeadPro Filters

This guide explains how to create, refine, and manage filters in Leadpro so you can route leads to the right workflows / questionnaires, segment communications, and keep follow-ups relevant.

What are filters in LeadPro?

Filters are rule-based conditions that evaluate lead data and decide what happens next. You’ll use them to:

  • Qualify which leads enter a responder workflow.

  • Control follow-ups by re-checking conditions before each step.

  • Qualify which leads are sent which qualifying questionnaires to complete.

Creating Filters

  1. As an admin user, open Leadpro and go to Account > Filter & Journeys.

  2. Create a new filter with the ‘New filter’ action.

  3. Specify conditions of the filter.

  4. Save your filter, and assign it to workflows or questionnaires through the ‘Lead Responder’ menu item.

Specify if a lead is a parent lead or not. All leads created from external sources (portal leads, API leads, IVT leads) are parent leads. Leads created from questionnaire responses are child leads.

UTM

Check if a UTM attribute accompanying a lead does or does not equal a particular value. A UTM value to check must be specified from the available dropdown.

Status

Check if the lead’s status does or does not match a particular status.

FAQ Condition grouping

Multiple filter conditions can be grouped using the ‘Add condition group’ action and specifying your desired conditions within that group. Each group, as well as the ‘base’ group can be adjusted to match conditions by ‘all’ or 'any.

  • All of the following conditions apply
The filter will resolve as a match if ALL conditions within it are met.

  • Any of the following conditions apply

  • The filter will resolve as a match if AT LEAST ONE condition within it is met.
