How do I unsubscribe a contact?
Unsubscribing a contact is easy! Please follow the following steps:
Log on to your instance – http://example.briefyourmarket.com/management
Once on the homepage click on Audience- All Contacts.
Type in the contacts email, first name or last name
Or
Once you have found the contact that you are looking for click the edit button on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to Subscription Channels and untick the relevant box. Only make them inactive by changing the status section below this if you don’t want them to receive transactional emails.
