How do I unsubscribe a contact?

Unsubscribing a contact is easy! Please follow the following steps:

• Log on to your instance – http://example.briefyourmarket.com/management

• Once on the homepage click on Audience- All Contacts.

• Type in the contacts email, first name or last name

Or

• Once you have found the contact that you are looking for click the edit button on the left-hand side.

• Scroll down to Subscription Channels and untick the relevant box. Only make them inactive by changing the status section below this if you don’t want them to receive transactional emails.
